Delivery Options and Charges
Your order is important to us. Our products are made to order and can add to our delivery times. However we endevour to get your gifts to you as soon as we can.
Standard Delivery Free (10 – 15 Days)
Express – £9.95 irrespective of the value of your order.
We reserve the right to amend these charges if the order is bulky or outside of our carriers size limits, if so we will contact you prior to dispatch.
Important Information
Delivery can only be to locations that are available to our courier company. Orders placed with delivery addresses in areas that are not covered will be cancelled and refunded.
Unfortunately we can not deliver to hotels or hostel addresses.
The items you order will be delivered in one consignment, they cannot be delivered separately.
Note :Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement Trade/Bulk Orders can not be returned.
CLAIMS: Damage, shortages, or defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt. Claims made 1 month or more following invoice date will not be honoured.
